1) Katasraj Temple in Pakistan

In the Chakwal district of Punjab in Pakistan is the Katasraj Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Legend has it that the temple dates back to the time of the Mahabharata. It goes that the Pandavas spent a portion of their exile here and Lord Krishna himself is said to have built the Shivling at this temple. The Pakistan government is considering applying for World Heritage Site status for the temple.

The Shri Kali Temple in Yangon, Burma was built by Tamil migrants in the year 1871. It is located in an area of downtown Yangon known as Little India due to the large population of people of Indian origin.
